AI Subtitling – Now Live!

AI-powered subtitling is now available for all customers in the Swedish production environment.

What’s included today:

  • Automatic subtitles and transcription for uploaded videos

  • Subtitles are generated instantly and synced to the audio

  • Works out-of-the-box in the video editor

  • Automatically translated subtitles when using the AI course translation feature

AI subtitling strengthens accessibility, improves learning in noisy or sound-restricted environments, and is already a strong differentiator in sales and procurement processes.

Learnifier Content - Now Live!

A new way to drive learning across your organization with ready-made and professional courses.


What Learnifier Content offers:

Access expert-created courses that you can use immediately or customize to your needs. Courses are added to your account as regular projects, enabling significantly faster launches and reducing workload for learning teams.

How it works:

  • A Content widget appears directly in the administrator interface and is applied across your entire instance

  • All administrators can explore the full course catalog

  • You can register interest in any course with one click

  • A Customer Success Manager will contact you and provide access to review the content before purchase

Flashcards – Available in BETA

Flashcards are now available in beta for customers and are performing well with positive early feedback.

Flashcards support the concept of microlearning, spaced repetition, and quick knowledge reinforcement.

A global release is planned soon.

Microlearning

During our latest product event, we announced that we will be releasing Microlearning, a new way to deliver short, focused learning moments directly inside your courses. Microlearning helps participants absorb information in smaller steps, strengthen memory and stay engaged throughout their learning journey.

This feature allows you to weave bite-sized content and reinforcement moments into the course flow wherever they create the most impact.


More details and additional block types will be shared soon.


AI Course Builder

We also revealed that the AI Course Builder is coming soon. This new tool helps you generate complete course structures in seconds by analyzing your topic, target audience and learning goals. It produces a tailored outline with suggested modules and activities, making it easier to start strong and reduce setup time.

The builder is designed to support best-practice learning design from the beginning and will continue to evolve with smarter suggestions and more cohesive learning flows.

Updates & Improvements


Email Variables for Courses & Events

New email variables for events have been added based on feedback from customers.

These variables are ideal for adding schedule information to registration and welcome emails.


New variables available:

1. Course Start and End Date Variables

Four formats supported: short, medium, long and full

Examples:

• ${start.datetime.short} → 2025-09-22 08:00

• ${start.datetime.long} → 22 September 2025 08:00:00 CEST

2. Event List Variable

${eventlist} now returns all events in a course, including:

• Event name

• Start time

More Granular Permissions

Refinements have been made for customers using integrations to control participant flows.

Updated permissions:

  • Add participants

  • Remove participants

  • View-only


This update gives administrators tighter control and prevents unintended actions.


New Project Settings Page - Now the default experience

The beta toggle for the new settings page has been removed and the redesigned page is now the standard experience for all customers.


Highlights:

• Modern, cleaner layout

• Clear field descriptions

• Support for hours and minutes in Duration

• Participant limit can now be set to 0 (enabling waiting lists from the start)

• “Mega Save” saves all updates in one click

• Settings persist when copying or AI-translating a project
