New Standard Reports
Two highly requested reports are now live for all customers:
Active Users – See exactly who your active users🔗 are (Back Office level).
Event Dates – Get an overview of all upcoming events and their assigned instructors (Portal level).
These reports make it much easier to track activity and plan ahead.

We’ve rebuilt the Project Settings page from the ground up.

Team View Enhancements
We’ve continued improving the Team view experience:
Page search has been added to make it easier to find the right team member or course.
Archived courses have been removed from the registration view for a cleaner interface.
Added more detailed information around each team member’s learning progress, including failed, ongoing (in %), and completed status indicators.

History View in Participant Management
A new “History” section on the Participants page is shown when the user has been re-enrolled at least once in the project.
Administrators can now easily see both current and previous participant status within a project, providing better insight into progress and engagement over time.
Database Restructure for Event Data
This change significantly reduces recovery times in case of incidents and makes maintenance faster and safer.
Fixes
Participation Errors Report Update:
The “Participation Errors” report now filters based on the actual date of the error, rather than the project creation date.File Handling in Library:
When uploading a new version of a file in the library, the displayed filename now updates automatically.Checkpoint Questions Preview Enhancements:
Previewing courses with checkpoint questions now works seamlessly.
Admins can preview full courses, including question blocks, directly from the project admin page.
Responses from previews don’t affect real data, ensuring safe testing environments.
