Team View: Participations

A new tab in Team View gives team managers an overview of team members’ course participations across all enrolled courses. This makes it easier to follow each team’s learning journey and quickly identify gaps or areas that need attention.

Configurable course templates

You can now configure Settings and Catalog Settings within Templates. This helps organizations standardize course setup, reduce manual work, and maintain consistency across a large number of courses.

You can now include project-specific data, such as hours per category, in certificates using custom fields. This creates a smoother workflow and makes documentation more accurate and reliable, especially in compliance-related use cases.

Limited permissions for the “Next course” feature

The project selection for “Auto Enroll”/”Next course” now respects admin permissions. This creates a clearer admin experience by only showing relevant options, while reducing the risk of misconfiguration.

Automation reliability

We fixed an issue where automations did not trigger if custom field values contained leading or trailing spaces. This improves reliability and helps ensure automated enrollments and other rule-based flows work as expected.
