Hailey HR integration

A new integration with Hailey HR allows it to act as the source of truth for user and organizational data. Changes such as new hires, role updates, or terminations are automatically synced to Learnifier.

This reduces manual administration, ensures correct access at the right time, and improves data consistency across systems. It also lowers the risk of inactive or incorrect user accounts.

Available to: Customers on the Professional & Enterprise plan using Hailey HR in their organisation

Course catalog: flexibility per portal

You can now control course catalog visibility per portal and per user. Previously, the catalog was global across all portals, which could result in empty or irrelevant views.

This creates a cleaner, more relevant experience and reduces confusion for end users, while giving admins better control over content targeting. It also supports segmented learning strategies and improves engagement by ensuring users see the right training.

Available to: Professional & Enterprise

Enterprise award report enhancements

Award reports now include visibility of replaced certificates along with new fields such as ID and “Replaced by,” enabling full tracking of certificate history.

This improves transparency and enables audit trails, which is especially important in regulated industries. It also supports compliance and helps manage recertification workflows more effectively.

Available to: Enterprise
