Flashcard Templates
Five new responsive flashcard templates have been introduced, and existing flashcards are automatically migrated. This makes it faster to create visually consistent learning content and helps deliver a more polished learner experience.

Catalog Template Permissions
A new permission setting makes it possible to control who can manage catalog settings within course templates. This provides more flexible and granular role management while strengthening governance and administration.

Completion Dates in Team View
Team managers can now see actual completion dates in addition to the latest activity date. This provides a clearer view of learner progress and improves follow-up on training and compliance requirements.

Course History Log
A new audit log shows who made changes to a course, what was changed, and when the change occurred. This increases transparency and traceability for administrators while supporting audits, procurement requirements, and operational governance.

It’s now possible to hide selected course tabs such as Discussions, Participants, Resources, and Announcements. This creates a cleaner and more focused learner experience while giving organizations greater flexibility to tailor courses to their needs.

Our new Course selection feature makes it possible to manage multiple events within the same course setup, reducing the need to create separate projects for recurring training sessions. Bulk upload
Bulk upload makes it possible to create multiple courses at once by uploading a file. This reduces manual administration, saves time for course managers, and streamlines course planning for organizations managing large training volumes. Courses can be created from different templates in a single upload and automatically placed in the appropriate folder, creating a more efficient and scalable workflow.
