The power of data: Introducing our updated reporting

We know data is key to gaining insights, tracking progress, and making informed decisions. That’s why we’re thrilled to share our progress in the complete overhaul of our reporting functionality, to empower you to turn data into actionable results—allowing you to focus on what matters, measure success, and drive real impact.

This transformation is being rolled out in three phases to ensure a smooth and powerful journey.

Here’s what’s live now and what’s coming next:


Phase 1: The “Glow up” — LIVE NOW!

The first phase of our reporting overhaul is here, and it’s all about improving usability and design. We’ve refreshed the interface to ensure you can navigate and access your data effortlessly.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Clearer navigation: Find the reports and insights you need faster.

  • Report sharing: Admins can now seamlessly share reports with each other.

  • Favorites feature: Save your most important reports for quick and easy access.

  • A fresh new look: A clean, modern design that’s visually appealing and user-friendly.

Phase 2: Custom Reports — Coming Soon!

The second phase is set to take your reporting capabilities to a whole new level with Custom Reports. This feature will be available for Enterprise customers and as an add-on to the Professional plan.

With Custom Reports, you’ll be able to:

  • Build your own reports: Focus on the exact data you need for smarter decision-making.

  • Reduce manual work: Save time by eliminating constant adjustments.

  • Save and reuse report templates: Streamline your workflow with templates you can save and reuse whenever you need.

This phase is all about giving you the flexibility to control and customize your reporting process. Stay tuned—it’s coming soon!


Looking ahead: Phase 3 – Scheduled Reports

While Phases 1 and 2 focus on improving usability and customization, Scheduled Reports in Phase 3 will automate reporting delivery and enhance stakeholder involvement.

What’s to come:

  • Automated report delivery: Send reports to the right people at the right time—no logins required!

  • Greater team visibility: Keep managers informed on key updates, such as:

    • Participants who need to complete their courses.

    • Recognizing top performers and tracking progress.

  • Track and share KPIs: Demonstrate the value of learning and performance with automated insights.
