With Checkpoint Questions, you can let participants test their knowledge by adding question blocks that are placed directly within the activity in your Learnifier course. Here, we show you how to add, edit, and manage settings for Checkpoint Questions.

Add a Checkpoint Question

In the Library

1. Click Add materials and select Checkpoint Question.

2. Enter a title and click Add & Build Checkpoint Question.

In the Course Builder

1. Click the plus sign and select Checkpoint Question.

2. Enter a title and click Add & Build Checkpoint Question.

Edit a Checkpoint Question

1. Choose question type: Single-choice (default), Multi-choice, or True/False

   
   

2. Write your question or statement.

3. Add an image (optional).

4. Add answer options and mark the correct one(s).

Managing Questions

• Duplicate a question if you want to reuse its structure.

• Delete questions that are no longer needed.

• Drag and move questions from the right-hand corner to change the order.

• Add up to 10 questions in a section.

Settings

• Allow retakes – give participants the chance to try again.

• Show peers’ answers – allow participants to compare with each other.

Remember

• Always preview the content to see how it will appear for participants.

• Content is not autosaved – don’t forget to click save when you’re done.
