Activate the integration
Go to Learnifier, choose "Settings" and thereafter "API". Next to "Teamtailor integration", click "Activate". Copy the API key as it will only be shown once. Go to Teamtailor Marketplace and choose Learnifier. Thereafter click "Activate" and enter the API key.
Setting up a workflow
Once the Teamtailor integration has been activated in Learnifier, you are ready to start building a workflow. In this article, you will learn how to automatically enroll a hired candidate in a Learnifier course.
Add a trigger
Go to one of your jobs in Teamtailor and click "Triggers".
Under "Hired", click on the ➕ and choose"Enroll to course".
Thereafter, choose the course you would like to enroll your hired candidate in and thereafter click "Add trigger".
To make sure that the course invitation has been sent, click on the candidate's profile after placing them in "Hired". If everything has worked, it should say "A trigger sent Course using Learnifier" in the right top corner.
