It's friday again and as usual that means new release notes...
We write articles every week called "Release Notes". In these articles you can read more about what happens in Learnifier (the tool): bug fixes, product updates, improvements and enhancements.
Since it is important to communicate these updates to our customers, we wanted to try something new today. We wrote a pop up message so that all administrators easily can navigate themselves to this week's release notes!
Earlier this month, we released the new Learner interface. When we released the new interface, we also wrote an article (release notes). But we think that many of you didn't read that article or knew about this article. That is why we would like to do a recap from this article, so that more of you get the information! Here's what we wrote that Friday, the same week we released the Learner interface (2019-04-12):
"Thanks to our costumers we've managed to find some smaller bugs in the system since we released the new interface. Our awesome product team and product developers have fixed the bugs so everything should be in order.
-Instructor: When we released the new learner interface we discovered that the "Instructor"-button (only visible for instructors or users with instructor-licens) was missing in the drop down menu. This is fixed and now it's possible to get to the instructor view as usual.
-Administrator: It was also not possible to enter the administrator-view at first, but this is also fixed and it's working again!"
New look and feel
We have also released our new "look and feel" this month. With "look and feel", we mean the design of our website, blog, support-site and more. It's exciting, fun and absolutley marvellous!
So do we have any product news this week? Yes!
When we released the new interface, we updated the activity trail. But it wasn't obvious what was a module and what was an activity. We have changed this so that it will be easier to see the structure of the course in the activity trail. It works like this now: When you click on a module, you automatically end up on the first activity, just as it was in the previous learner interface!
