When you upload and create material in the course builder for a specific project, the material will be visible and can only be used for that project.
There is also another way of creating and uploading material in Learnifier, which is that you upload and create material in what's called "Library". Then you add the material to your project from library.
We recommend this working method to customers who have created several projects and to customers with many ongoing projects at the same time.
The reason is that if you want to make changes to a specific material that you want your projects to be updated with, you can do that directly in library. Then the change will turn on all projects that contain this material.
By working with library, you streamline your work and ensure that the latest update material is in all your projects.
Library can be found in the left menu on the page.
To upload and create material in library, click on "Materials". When you are in materials, click on "Add Material".
It is also possible to upload several materials at the same time. You can do this by clicking on "Add Materials" when you are in the library. Click on the "Quick Upload" button and on "Upload file (s)" to select several materials from the computer. Then select the material to upload it to library.
To organize your material, we recommend you to use folders. To create a folder in library, click on "Add Folder" where you can enter a name for what the folder should be called.
To upload material in a specific folder, click on "Add Material" in the folder.
You can move material from different places in the library. Place the material you want to move with the mouse pointer and click on the button "Actions". Click on "Move" to move the material to any location in the library.
