You can add participants in three ways in Learnifier:
1. Manually by entering the first name, last name and e-mail address.
2. Add a participant-list by downloading our roster template.
3. Use the self-registration link.
1. How to Add Participants Manually
1. Go to the "Participants" tab.
2. Enter the participants First Name, Last Name and Email.
3. Click Add Participant.
4. After adding all the participants, make sure the box is ticked.
5. Click on "Send Email" and choose an email template.
Note: You have the option of writing a new email, or choosing one of the existing templates. You can also create your own templates to customize your emails with logos etc, read more here.
6. When you have chosen your email template, click on "Send Email". This step will finalize your invitation and all participants will receive an invitation email.
2. How to Add Participants by using a Roster
1. Under the "Upload" tab in the "Participants" tab, click on Download the template.
2. When you have completed filling the template with names and email addresses, click on "Upload participant list" and choose the template file. The participants will now show up in the list below.
3. To invite all Participants, make sure the box is ticked, as this will select all users.
4. Hit Send Email and choose your email template.
5. When you have chosen your email template, click on "Send Email". This step will finalize your invitation and all participants will receive an invitation email.
3. Self-registration
1. Click on the "Self-Registration" tab in the Participants tab.
2. Make sure the registration status is: "On".
3. Set password protection and participant limit.
4. Copy the registration link in order to distribute the URL to your future participants.
Remove Course Participants from Projects
1. Go to the "Participants" tab.
2. Mark the participants you want to remove (check box to the left).
3. Click on "Delete" above the participant list.
4. Click on "OK" in the pop-up window
Edit participant
To edit a participant’s profile, open the project they are invited to and then click on their name. Click on the "Edit user" button, make your changes and click on "Save user details"in order to save your changes.
Note: Remember to resend the invitation email from Learnifier if you modified their email address.
