This introduction will explain a couple of things that are good to understand when creating and planning communication with participants in Learnifier. The introduction aims to explain the following concepts:
- What the tab "communications" inside the project menu means and includes
- Introduce "scheduling emails"
- Introduce "creating your own email templates" for future use
In the Project menu you will see a tab called "Communication". From the start, you will only see a button called "Add Scheduled Email". In the future, this is where all your "Scheduled Emails" will appear.
Scheduling an email is a very effective way to pre-plan your communication throughout an entire course. This is useful when you want to remind your Learners to finish a certain task in Learnifier before they come to a classroom session.
You also have the option to automatically send "reminders" or other emails to specific Learners who are not yet "finished" with a task, or choose to send the email only to the "completed" Participants . Again, this gives you a lot of freedom and control over your plan of communications without having to remember all the emails you need to send to help your Learners.
Learnifier comes with a couple of pre-loaded email templates. Creating your own email template will give you the option to customize your communication and use your own creativity to come up with ways to inspire and share information with your Learners. You might also want to create your own invitation emails and customize the first email your Learners get from your company.
